These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("the User", "the Player", "you") and MMC996 governing your access to and use of all services, games, promotions, and features available on the Platform.

Each Player may register one (1) account only on the Platform. The creation of multiple accounts by the same individual — whether using the same or different personal details, payment methods, or IP addresses — is strictly prohibited and will result in the suspension of all associated accounts and forfeiture of any balances therein.

During registration, you are required to provide accurate, current, and complete information. MMC996 reserves the right to request supporting documentation at any time to verify the accuracy of the information provided, including but not limited to:

• Government-issued photo identification (e.g., Malaysian MyKad, passport)
• Proof of residential address dated within the last three (3) months
• Proof of ownership of any payment method used for deposits or withdrawals

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. MMC996 shall not be liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorised access to your Account resulting from your failure to secure your login information. You must notify us immediately via live chat or email if you suspect any unauthorised access to your Account.

MMC996 reserves the right to conduct enhanced due diligence checks on any Account at any time, particularly where unusual wagering patterns, large withdrawals, or potential breaches of these Terms are identified.

MMC996 supports a range of Malaysian payment methods for both deposits and withdrawals. All transactions are processed in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR / RM) and must originate from payment instruments registered in the Player's own name.

All withdrawal requests are subject to completion of KYC verification. MMC996 reserves the right to withhold withdrawal processing pending satisfactory verification of identity and payment method ownership. Withdrawals requested using a payment method different from the deposit method may be subject to additional verification steps.

MMC996 does not charge transaction fees on standard deposits or withdrawals; however, third-party fees imposed by your bank, e-wallet provider, or payment processor are beyond our control and are solely your responsibility.

All bonuses are subject to the specific terms published alongside each promotion, as well as the following general bonus conditions:

• Eligibility: Bonuses are available to verified Players who have met the minimum deposit requirement specified in the relevant promotion. Players who have been suspended, self-excluded, or placed under account review are not eligible to claim bonuses during that period.
• Wagering Requirements: All bonus funds are subject to a rollover requirement, expressed as a multiplier of the bonus amount (e.g., 35x). The rollover must be completed within the specified expiry window before any bonus-derived winnings may be withdrawn.

MMC996 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time without prior notice. Players who have already claimed a bonus prior to any such modification will not be retroactively disadvantaged in relation to the bonus already claimed.

All games offered on the MMC996 Platform — including but not limited to live casino, slots, sports betting, live football, lottery, arcade, and poker products — are governed by the specific rules applicable to each game type as displayed within the game interface or the relevant game provider's documentation.

The outcomes of all MMC996 games are determined by certified Random Number Generator (RNG) systems or by the outcome of actual live events. MMC996 does not manipulate game outcomes. All game results are final once confirmed by the relevant system or event result.

• Sports Betting: All sports bets are settled in accordance with the official result of the relevant sporting event as recognised by the governing body. In the event of a dispute, MMC996's settlement decision is final.
• Void Bets: A bet may be declared void in circumstances including cancellation of the event, technical error, or manifest pricing error. Voided bets are returned to the Player's real money balance.
• Disconnection during Live Games: MMC996 is not responsible for losses arising from internet disconnection, browser failure, or device malfunction during a live game session. If a disconnection occurs mid-round, the outcome will be determined by the game server's recorded state at the point of disconnection.
• Technical Malfunctions: In the event of a material technical malfunction that affects the integrity of a game round, MMC996 reserves the right to void the relevant round and return stakes to Players. Any winnings derived from a malfunctioning game are not payable.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the MMC996 Platform. Violation of any of these prohibitions may result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure, and forfeiture of any balance:

• Registering more than one Account, whether using the same or different personal details, devices, or IP addresses (multi-accounting).
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration, KYC, or any other verification process.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, artificial intelligence tools, or any other form of mechanical or electronic assistance to place bets, simulate gameplay, or gain an unfair advantage.
• Engaging in collusion with other Players, including but not limited to chip dumping in poker, coordinated betting strategies, or information sharing for the purpose of gaining an unfair advantage.
• Exploiting software bugs, errors, or loopholes in any game or system feature. Any winnings obtained through exploitation of a technical error are not legitimate and will be reversed.
• Using the Platform for any purpose related to money laundering, terrorist financing, or other financial crimes.
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, decompile, or otherwise extract the source code of any Platform software.
• Accessing the Platform from a Restricted Jurisdiction using a VPN, proxy, or any other means of circumventing geographic restrictions.
• Engaging in abusive, threatening, or harassing behaviour toward MMC996 staff or other Players via any communication channel.

All content on the MMC996 Platform — including but not limited to the MMC996 brand name, logo, website design, graphics, text, game interfaces, software, databases, and promotional materials — is the exclusive intellectual property of MMC996 or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. This licence does not permit you to:

• Copy, reproduce, distribute, or publicly display any Platform content without prior written consent from MMC996.
• Create derivative works based on any Platform content.
• Use any MMC996 trademark, logo, or brand element in any context without express written authorisation.
• Scrape, harvest, or systematically extract data from the Platform using automated means.

Any unauthorised use of MMC996's intellectual property may give rise to legal action. All rights not expressly granted in these Terms are reserved by MMC996.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, MMC996, its directors, officers, employees, affiliates, and service providers shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of or inability to use the Platform, including but not limited to:

• Loss of winnings, profits, or anticipated savings.
• Loss of data or corruption of data.
• Business interruption or loss of business opportunity.
• Damages arising from internet connectivity failures, hardware malfunction, or third-party service disruptions outside MMC996's reasonable control.
• Unauthorised access to your Account resulting from your failure to maintain the security of your login credentials.

The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. MMC996 makes no representations or warranties of any kind, express or implied, regarding the uninterrupted availability, accuracy, or fitness for a particular purpose of the Platform or any game offered thereon.

Where liability cannot be excluded by law, MMC996's total aggregate liability to you in respect of any claim arising under or in connection with these Terms shall not exceed the total deposits made by you to your Account in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

MMC996 is committed to promoting responsible gambling and protecting the wellbeing of all Players. The Platform provides a suite of self-management tools accessible from within your Account settings, including deposit limits, session time reminders, loss limits, cooling-off periods, and self-exclusion options.

Upon termination of an Account for reasons other than breach of these Terms, any verified real money balance remaining in the Account will be returned to the Player via the original deposit method, subject to satisfactory completion of KYC and AML requirements. Where an Account is closed due to breach of these Terms, MMC996 reserves the right to withhold some or all of the Account balance as compensation for any losses or damages suffered.

Players may also voluntarily close their Account at any time by contacting our support team via live chat. Voluntary Account closure requests will be processed within 24 hours of receipt, subject to any pending withdrawal requests being resolved first.

Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms that cannot be resolved informally shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts or arbitral tribunals of the applicable governing jurisdiction.

In the event of any dispute regarding the outcome of a game, bet settlement, or account decision, the Player should first raise the matter with MMC996's customer support team. MMC996 will use its best efforts to resolve all disputes within ten (10) business days of receipt of a formal written complaint.

Where a dispute cannot be resolved through internal escalation, the Player may seek recourse through independent dispute resolution channels. MMC996 will cooperate with any legitimate regulatory authority or adjudicator conducting an inquiry into a Player complaint.
